Since 2018, the State Administration of Market Regulation has officially required all crawler cranes with lifting capacity over 200 tons£¨including 200 tons£©to install a Safety Monitoring and Management System. For this reason, we, in collaboration with Hubei Jinglian Electronics, has developed a kind of Safety Monitoring System JL-JK5000 under the strong support of Kobelco. This system is suitable for Kobelco CKE series, 7000 series, SL series and other large crawler cranes of Kobelco. Meeting the latest requirement of National Standard of China <GB/T28264-2017 LIFTING APPLIANCES - MANAGING SYSTEM OF SAFETY MONITORING>, this Safety Monitoring System can be used for crawler cranes equipped with fixed jib, luffing jib or supper lifting attachments.

Installation of this Safety Monitoring System is simple, which needs only few additional equipment. The indication of the system is accurate and the operation is easy. The system conforms the National Opening Protocol and the recording data can be downloaded to a SD card. An optional Remote Monitoring system could be added so that we can see the operational condition of the cranes working in different job sites via one computer or intelligent equipment. This Safety Monitoring System can also be installed on other manufacturers¡¯large-size crawler cranes with minor modifications.
