Introduction of the Safety Monitoring System for Crawler Crane - JK-JL5000

Dear Kobelco crawler crane users:

We are pleased to announce that the Safety Monitoring System for Crawler Crane -----JK-JL5000, which is developed by Beijing Zhongtian and Hubei Jinglian Electronics, has been lunched successfully in early of 2018.

As we all know, under the requirement of the State Administration of Market Regulation, the Safety Monitoring Safety System should be installed on all the crawler cranes of 200ton class or larger than 200ton since 2018.

Under the support of Kobelco Crane, we Beijing Zhongtian co-operated with Hubei Jinglian, developed the Safety Monitoring System for Crawler Crane ----- JK-JL5000, which is suitable for Kobelco CKE series, 7000 series and SL series Large Size Crawler Crane. Meeting the latest requirement of National Standard of China <GB/T28264-2017 LIFTING APPLIANCES - MANAGING SYSTEM OF SAFETY MONITORING>, this Safety Monitoring System can be used for crawler cranes equipped with fixed jib, luffing jib or supper lifting attachments.

Installation of this Safety Monitoring System is simple, which needs only a few additional equipment. The indication of the system is accurate and the operation is easy. The system conforms the National Opening Protocol and the recording data can be downloaded to a SD card. An optional Remote Monitoring system could be added so that we can see the operation condition of the cranes working in different job site via one computer or intelligent equipment.

This Safety Monitoring System can be installed on all manufacturer's large size crawler crane with minor modification.
